West Australia is typified by the beach, sun and the outdoor life and in many ways this combination of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc will always remind me of sitting on Cottesloe beach in the height of summer drinking chilled white wine. I only wish that I had known about this wine then instead of buying more expensive wines that offered far less in flavour. The ideal growing conditions in West Australia in 2006 has given this wine its wonderful combination of passionfriuts and snow peas finely interwoven with the creamy citrus notes from barrel fermented Semillon. Fresh and fruity just like the staff here in the office... A joy to drink.
