The Winstead vineyard is located a few minutes drive outside of Bagdad in Tasmania. Neil's attention to detail in his small vineyard allows him to produce stunning wines just like this one. Dried apricots and marmalade characters with hints of floral undertones and balanced acidity, this dessert styled wine is a delight to drink and would go well with a variety of desserts and of course Tasmanian cheeses.
