They also take very serious the types of wines that they produced and this Reserve Chardonnay is indeed a very serious wine. Complex barrel fermentation and maturation influences and careful winemaking ensures that this wine is superbly balanced and incredibly flavoursome. It is rich, creamy with intense stone fruit characters with balanced crisp acidity and a long persistent finish.<.p>
