The long cool ripening season is idea for growing grapes that have a natural balance between acidity and fruit concentration and even though Chardonnay may not be the most fashionable of grape varieties at the moment there is always room on our website for wines like this. This wine has just a touch of oak, in fact 10 months; it has the complexity of flavour of fine oak integration balanced with the vibrancy and clarity of fruit that one expects from prestine Tasmanian fruit, flavours are intense and the finish clean and crisp. This really is a modern styled Chardonnay and certainly not another ABC (another bloody Chardonnay).
