1. To purchase from this site you must be other 18 years old in Australia or the legal age to purchase alcohol in the country that the wine is being sent to.

2. Whilst we will try to ensure that we have the correct vintages listed on the website, from time to time vintages may vary. If for whatever reason the vintage that you choose is not available or we delivered the wrong vintage, we will discuss the options with you and will arrange for a complete refund of the wine as well as any postage costs incurred in sending the wine back to us.

3. If you receive any wine that is damaged in any way whatsoever including damage in transit, cork taint, oxidisation, leakage etc etc then please notify us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement to make its way to you free of charge. All we ask is that before you throw away the wine you contact us first and then we will decide what to do with the damaged stock.

4. All prices quoted are inclusive of all Australia taxes. If you would like us to send wine overseas then please complete the printed order form and we will contact you with a tax free price and the shipping costs.

5. Delivery is free of charge for all deliveries to mainland Australia and Tasmania.

6. All deliveries are with Australia Post only. If you would like an alternative method of delivery then please complete a printed order form and stipulate in the delivery comments the type of delivery that you would like and we will contact you.
