Bellussi Prosecco di Valdobbiadene DOC Extra Dry

Product Information

For those of you who may not be aware, the grape variety is Prosecco and the region from where it is from is called Valdobbiadene in the North East of Italy. This sparkling wine is unusual in so far that it is made in the Charmat method, which is basically where the second fermentation (casusing the bubbles that we see and feel) is completed in stainless steel tank. This secondary fermentation method is quite common in Italy. The resultant wines has a characteristic of green apples with hints of mint tea and tropical fruits and a rich mouth feel.
