Nature has a funny way of helping out on some years and this was very much the case in 2007, what it took away from the vineyard in terms of quantity it gave back in terms of quality and whilst there may not be much of the 2007 Pinot Noir available it is certainly extremely high quality. Brook Eden have yet again proven that with careful site selection and careful practice both in the vineyard and in the winery exceptional wines can be produced in every year. It really is about striking the right balance.
