Produced from selected parcels from the Fire Gully vineyard and only produced in years which are considered to be exceptional in quality. This wine is released in miniscule quantities and really demonstrates the compatibility between Margaret River and high quality Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine demonstrates the very quality that we want from Margaret River, incredibly intense black currant and plum fruits with fine integrated oak and a hint of spice and cedar. The tannins are firm but very fine showing good use of new French oak, the wine is beautifully balanced; a real star.
