Listed by Langton's as one of the top Cabernet Sauvignons in Australia, this wine is responsible for my love affair with Tasmania and was one of the major factors that contributed to be living here in Hobart. I simply love it, its everything that a wine should be; powerful but elegant, a purity of fruit with layers of complexity, tannins that are firm but so fine. If there is a better Cabernet being produced in Australia right now, I want to know about it because this simply is one of the very best.
