There is nothing shy about this wine its a big ripe style that has become extremely popular in restaurants as it is so approachable when young. The aroma is of blackcurrant, mulberry and savoury chocolate, the rich berry flavours develop to a luscious intensity on the middle palate and finally finishes with firm tannins and balanced acidity. Altogether a very enjoyable wine.
