The climate is idea for producing highly structured wines with rich concentration of flavours but balanced with elegance. The Fire Gully vineyard continues to produce fruit of the highest quality and this wine, their Cabernet Merlot is an outstanding example of the style. Dark brooding plum fruits with hints subtle spice and oak characters, all this wrapped around some fine and elegant tannins.
